What You'll Do:Hitting or exceeding quarterly financial targetsExecuting sales activity: prospecting, cold calls, videoconferencing negotiations, F2F meetings to advance prospects through the sales cycleEducating prospects on Criteo Commerce Growth Platform to manage their campaign targets (e.g. ROAS)Tracking industry and product trends to stay at the top of your gameWorking with internal stakeholders (account management, creative technical, legal and other teams) to ensure a high level of clients' satisfactionWho You Are:Proven track record in driving new business, ideally in Ad Tech industryStrong network in Polish market (focus vertical: ecommerce, finance, automotive) is requiredAccurate pipeline planning and revenue forecastingExcellent presentation skills to open doors across clients at all levelsA team player with an entrepreneurial attitude, customer-centric mindset and strong will to succeedFluent in English and Polish, other Eastern European languages is a plusWe acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
