Position: Account Executive As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in opening new markets and industries, including finance, insurance, health care, and software development, while fostering relationships with customers interested in hiring globally through an Employer of Record (EOR) solution.
Responsibilities: Market Expansion: Proactively identify and penetrate new industries, including finance, insurance, health care, and software development, focusing on global EOR services.
Lead Generation: Independently source and qualify new leads through cold outreach, networking, and digital tools.
Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth handoff to account management.
Client Education: Clearly articulate the value of global EOR solutions, addressing industry-specific needs and pain points.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Relationship Building: Establish trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
