Your mission
As an Account Executive at Livo, you will be a key driver of our growth, fostering relationships with healthcare institutions and showcasing how our platform can revolutionize their staffing solutions.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding, and ensure our clients have a stellar experience.
Responsibilities: Prospecting & lead generation: identify and engage potential healthcare institution clients through research, cold outreach, and leveraging your network.Client presentations: conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the value of Livo's solutions.Relationship management: build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers in healthcare institutions.Sales strategy: work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, optimize lead conversion, and execute effective go-to-market strategies.Onboarding & support: guide new clients through onboarding and serve as a point of contact to ensure a seamless experience.Market insights: stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings to refine your approach and provide feedback to internal teams.Reporting & analysis: track your pipeline, report on sales metrics, and identify opportunities to improve processes and results.Your profile

Experience: 2–4 years in sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as startups, SaaS, or marketplaces.
Healthcare experience is essential: Previous roles in healthcare, HR tech, or staffing solutions are a strong advantage.Familiarity: with healthcare operations, institutions, or staffing challenges will set you apart.Analytical skills: quantitative analytical skills and strong data interpretation skills to track KPIs.Autonomy & ownership: a demonstrated ability to take initiative and own operational processes end-to-end, ensuring efficiency and quality in execution.Humility & customer-centricity: we value individuals who are humble, empathetic, and customer-focused.Adaptability & resilience: ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment while balancing multiple priorities and solving complex problems.Why us?
