As we continue to expand our footprint internationally, we are looking for a driven and experienced Account Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in our growth by focusing on new client acquisition. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional with experience selling a B2B SaaS product and the ability to adapt sales strategies to meet the unique needs of clients.

What you'll do… Develop a deep understanding of WorkMotion's services and articulate the value proposition to prospective clients Implement targeted sales strategies to generate leads, engage prospects, and secure new business Perform market research to identify potential clients, understanding their remote work challenges and how WorkMotion can address them Utilise various outreach methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Deliver persuasive presentations and product demos, tailored to the needs of each prospect Negotiate contracts and finalise deals, aligning with WorkMotion's goals and focus on customer satisfaction Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities tailored to the target market. Stay informed about remote work trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes affecting the target market. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to WorkMotion's global expansion efforts What we're looking for… Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English Literature, or a related field Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong focus on new client acquisition Proven track record of navigating the target market and understanding its unique business culture Native-level proficiency in English, any other language is a big plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with high-level decision-makers Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales automation tools to manage sales processes efficiently Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision What we offer… As a remote and distributed team, you can do your best work from anywhere you are the happiest  Social Insurance as per country regulations Trust-based work – organise your own schedule.
