POSITION SUMMARY: Broadvoice is seeking an Account Executive to help us with our clients in Spain. In this dynamic role, you will win and support the great national growth we are recruiting to strengthen our International Sales team.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: Qualifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities within a territory Exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas Using/maintaining internal sales tools (salesforce.com) for CRM and pipeline management Engaging with technical and executive team members in complex sales scenarios Developing client proposals that effectively communicate our products and offer customized solutions for each unique nonprofit organization Ongoing, self-directed monitoring of non-profit marketplace and competitor developments Regular engagement with product management to deliver intelligence on client needs WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: Preference of at least 5 years in the sales world of BPOs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience of Contact Centers will be considered a plus. Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines. Experience in managing and upselling large or global accounts. Strong analytical skills. Effective, versatile, and action-oriented. Demonstrated experience of customer and partner experience, sales cycles, and end-to-end business processes in a SaaS landscape.
