Account Executive - Token Management System (TMS) Decubate is at the forefront of Web3 innovation, offering an all-in-one, white-label Token Management System (TMS) designed to simplify and enhance token management for blockchain projects.
As part of our inaugural Go-to-Market (GTM) team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our customer journey and expanding our client base.

You'll work closely with our customer journey team, which consists of the CEO, UX designers, Backend developers, Operations, and other key stakeholders, to ensure seamless client experiences throughout their journey in our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients through outbound strategies like cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
Manage and qualify leads generated by marketing, guiding them through the sales process to closure.
Conduct tailored product demonstrations to address client needs effectively.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Collaborate with the customer journey team, including the CEO, UX designers, Backend developers, and Operations, to enhance the client experience within our ecosystem.
Provide actionable feedback to product and marketing teams to improve offerings and sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales activity records and prepare performance reports using HubSpot CRM.
Leverage experience with SaaS B2B selling strategies, such as MEDPIC, to optimize sales processes.
Required Skills & Experience: 3 years of outbound SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in the crypto industry and an established network in the Web3 space.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with blockchain technology, tokenomics, or financial software systems.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and using Telegram as a communication tool.
Passion for the crypto industry and its transformative potential.
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Good to Have : Familiarity with enterprise or multi-stakeholder sales processes in tech, blockchain, or fintech.
Ability to diagnose client challenges and align solutions through consultative approaches.
Existing connections in crypto communities or partnerships to accelerate pipeline growth.
Comfort discussing and understanding smart contracts, token models, or blockchain protocols.
Experience hosting or speaking at Web3/crypto events, meetups, or AMA sessions.
