Within the sales team, you will address major Fintechs, software editors, banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions.
Your main missions will be: Generate new revenue and develop MRR in your market segment.
Identify opportunities and create a database of potential prospects and strategic partners.
Manage the pipeline and qualify prospects, following up through different stages of the sales cycle until closing.
Understand your customers' business models, develop a replication strategy for successful use cases, and identify innovative use cases.
Manage RFI and RFP processes.
Negotiate and close deals.
Collaborate with the legal team to formalize contracts.
Profile and skills required: 3-5 years of experience in sales within the SaaS industry.
B-to-B sales to enterprise accounts and/or financial players.
Experience working in a tech environment with complex sales cycles.
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Skilled negotiator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented, comfortable with ambitious objectives.
Curious and enterprising, willing to take initiatives to detect growth opportunities.
Knowledge of open banking and the fintech environment is a plus.
