The Role: To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Account Executive (all genders) to drive customer strategy and the implementation of growth plans for LucaNet. With commitment and ambition, you can actively help shape our success and manage prospects from the qualification to the closure of the deal.
What you'll do:
Establish strong relationships with prospects.Educate prospects on LucaNet software solutions' functionalities through conversations, demos, and presentations.Responsible for direct sales process, based on qualified leads, and through outbound activities with the ability to quickly prospect and close generated leads.Increase ARR wins in the region and manage sales administration.High forecast accuracy and strong pipeline management skills.Meet and exceed sales targets given.Establish a consistent, clear, and realistic daily and weekly activity routine aligned to driving business growth.Monitor competitor activities in the region.What you bring to the table:
Must be a motivated self-starter.A dynamic yet responsible attitude.Strong verbal & written communication skills, strong multi-tasking ability.A strong understanding of positioning of SaaS solutions.Ability to devise innovative and creative sales pitches.Proven track record in selling B2B SaaS/software/or IT solutions.Accustomed to presenting and negotiating at C-level.Used to working in a fast-moving and international environment with a high degree of independence and self-motivation.Fluent English and very good Spanish skills as well as excellent rhetorical communication and presentation skills.Perks at work:
