As a Brand Account Executive on the Advertising Sales Team, you are responsible for driving Amazon's CTV and Audio ad solutions and vision to Agency and Brand clients.
Your role consists of reaching revenue and product adoption goals through prospecting, developing and pitching tailored programs, highlighting the value proposition, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and closing and retaining business.
You will apply your creativity and curiosity by taking the lead in strategizing upper funnel solutions for our advertisers and working internally to innovate solutions that meet the needs of our advertising customers.
This role will drive you to define innovative advertising experiences and coordinate with internal teams to create scalable and repeatable solutions.
Key job responsibilities include delivering exceptional sales and customer service to brand media clients and agencies, while actively developing new relationships and expanding existing ones.
Responsibilities encompass closing deals in a new business environment, growing revenue from current advertisers, and maintaining a deep understanding of Amazon's advertising products and tools.
Proficiency in using sales CRM tools for account management, forecasting, and goal tracking is required.
Additionally, the incumbent is expected to stay informed about the e-commerce industry, competitive landscape, and rival product offerings to effectively position Amazon's advertising solutions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge and relationships within the digital advertising industry, with a proven track record of driving top sales results and cross-functional partnerships.
They should be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker, likely coming from a leading publisher, broadcaster, marketing organization, or sophisticated interactive advertising agency.
The role requires the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems, and programs.
Experience in selling digital video, TV, audio, and online media is essential, along with excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
The candidate must effectively communicate a wide range of solutions, particularly focusing on OTT, video, audio, and third-party measurement offerings.
Thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments and possessing strong presentation skills are crucial.
A Bachelor's degree is required, along with advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Desirable extensive experience in selling advertising or similar services, along with deep-rooted relationships with agencies and clients.
They must demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating effectively with a diverse range of employees across various skill sets.
Proficiency in sales CRM tools like Salesforce is essential.
Experience in digital media sales, consulting, or brand management is highly valued, with specific digital sales experience in Video and Audio solutions considered an advantage.
A Bachelor's degree is required.
