At DXC Spain we are looking for a Account Delivery Lead to join our great team.
Results: Achieve assigned KPI targets. Achieve Account Operating Profit (AOP) and RCOW, CCOW and NTCOW cost budget. Achieve the Annual Recurring Revenue (ABR) budget. Achieve the Net Promoter Score (NPS) Index. Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) at planned cost. Meet contractual deliverables. Responsibilities: Ensure delivery of contracted services/solutions to a customer and communicate customer needs to account teams. Be the customer advocate and ensure problem resolution and escalation management in close collaboration with the service management and delivery organisation. Have joint responsibility for the account operational plan with AE and Service Lines. Responsible for Growth; drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Operate within the defined cost structure. Provide input to the organisation's roadmap. Implement service improvements, productivity improvements and cost optimisation plans. Support the organisation in driving and implementing continuous innovation for the customer. Ensure compliance and maximum use of DXC standard products and tools in close collaboration with T&T, solutions and sales support. Actively represent Deliver at account management level (i.e. new and existing business and account strategy). What will you find at DXC?
