We're looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Account Management team in Barcelona and make it easier for partners to put on incredible events. You'll be supporting the team responsible for the success of these incredible people, helping them grow their businesses all over Spain.
You'll BeSupporting the Account Managers and Account Directors in the day-to-day management of our key venue & promoter partners across Europe.Leveraging knowledge of the DICE platform and industry best practices to provide excellent consultative support both to your team and partners.Working cross-functionally with our Marketing, Event, and Partner services teams to help manage tactical and on-site needs for partner events.Assisting the team in event builds, managing reporting, tracking deliverables, and more.You ArePassionate about the ticketing/live entertainment business.Experienced in working with partners and providing amazing customer service.Confident with a passion for building valued relationships.Available and willing to work outside of regular office hours, including some weekends, whether that be assisting partners, taking meetings, or attending partner events.Highly organised and able to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and successfully.You'll NeedExcellent communication skills with great attention to detail.A resourceful attitude.Strong problem-solving skills.About DICEOur teams work from London, New York, Los Angeles, Barcelona, Paris and Milan.
