Account and Project ManagerOur opportunity We are looking for an Account and Project Manager to join our newly created in-house Creative and Design Studio.
The Account and Project Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative solutions that meet client objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the creative and design process.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creative and design projects.
Your role As an Account and Project Manager your main responsibilities will involve: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients (Business Units and Group Functions), building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.Understand market's business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative, marketing and experience design projects from start to finish.Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, copywriters) to ensure projects meet stakeholders' expectations and deadlines.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.Conduct regular project status meetings and maintain detailed project documentation.Strategy and Quality: Work with Business Units and Group Functions to develop and refine project briefs, ensuring clarity and alignment with objectives.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to Business Units and Group Functions to help them achieve their goals.Identify opportunities for clients to leverage agency services for business growth.Provide guidance and share success cases across Business Units ensuring our brand promise, guidelines and standards are being applied consistently across the Zurich Group.Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and meets the highest quality standards.Address any issues or feedback from requestors promptly and effectively.Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts by proposing new services or projects.Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches to other Business Units and Group Functions across the group.Participate in Studio's marketing and promotional activities to increase demand.Additional responsibilities: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback and implementing process enhancements.Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and capabilities.Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the agency remains competitive and innovative.Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed to ensure project success.Your Skills and Experience As an Account and Project Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of +5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a creative or design agency.Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.Strong understanding of creative and design processes, including Service Design, Human Centered Design, UX/UI, branding, and digital marketing.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Full proficiency in English and Spanish. German and other languages are a plus.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Proactive and results-oriented mindset.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.High level of professionalism and client-focused attitude.Primary work location is Barcelona.
