We're seeking an experiencedBusiness Managerto join our Accommodation team in Barcelona (hybrid) to lead the way in one of the most exciting and fast-moving areas of eDreams. If you're ready to soar, we're ready to take you there.
The Business Manager will be a key person within the Accommodation area. The candidate will use excellent analytical, strategic and communication skills to contribute to and deliver on our overall accommodation strategy. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams – Analytics, Marketing, Product, Supply, Prime and Revenue management to make improvements happen, and you will be measured on the impact that those improvements make.

What you will do: The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Business Manager in the Accommodation team you will be in charge of:
Work with the Accommodation area Business Manager to formulate and deliver approaches to growing the value created by our Accommodation department. Ensure area's roadmap delivery to achieve our defined objectives and KPIs, by working hand-to-hand with other stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Supply, Pricing, etc). Constantly look to maximise our area's performance, spot opportunities based on observations, hypothesis and analysis – working closely with our Analytics teams. Identify dependencies between projects and define solutions. Inspire growth by proposing ideas and hypotheses on the strategy of the area based on analysis and cross-functional discussions – leveraging our Prime proposition. Continuously problem-solve throughout the process. What you need to succeed: Good to have 2-3 years of experience in business strategy related roles (strategic consulting, start-ups, tech companies, agile product-driven companies). Proactive, committed and highly motivated person, with high levels of ownership. Strategic mindset with hands-on mentality, a problem-solver. Outstanding analytical skills and eye for detail: ability to generate insights and use data to inform strategic and business decisions. Strong interpersonal skills, being able to perform in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in the travel industry is not a must. Bachelor or Master degree in Business or STEM. Fluency in English. What's in it for you?
