About TMC Academy Since 2012 TMC Academy is the training department of TMC. The Opportunity We are looking for a talented B2C Junior Project Manager to be part of our rapidly growing TMCA (TMC Academy) team, based at our headquarters in Barcelona and with a hybrid schedule (2 days at the office and 3 days at home).
Mission and Organisational Context The Academy supports the company´s overall mission of "bringing quality healthcare to all people". Its specific contribution consists in developing generalist radiologists into highly qualified subspecialists. These subspecialists will then produce more accurate diagnoses which in turn avoid unnecessary suffering of patients and reduce treatment costs for health care systems.
As the Academy B2C Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of a wide variety of radiology courses hosted during the year. You will oversee processes to ensure that the B2C projects are delivered on time by following the whole project throughout its duration, making sure all milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Roles and Responsibilities Radiology course management Prepare on time, according to the calendar plan, the different courses assigned. Mentor management: Maintaining regular communication with experts in medical imaging to properly develop and deliver all content for each course. Case management: dealing with TMC Academy's internal system and website to manage all medical cases included in each course. EACCME accreditation management: Ensure the projects are accredited on time by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education. Events budget preparation. Academy website management: use content management systems (CMS) Django to manage the web content. Customer support Run live sessions conducted in Zoom usually between 1 and 5 pm (20+ participants). Participant's communications: follow up new participants and existing users from our training activities. Customer service and client follow-up from Academy client email box and Zendesk. Support other Project Managers by taking on supervised support tasks when necessary. Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills Education A bachelor's degree in healthcare background is a plus. Technology-savvy Familiar with the usage of tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Familiar with CMS, WordPress, eCommerce platforms, and project management tools like Hive. Understands the fundamental project management process. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Language skills English proficiency is required. Spanish and Swedish language is a plus. Required Role Based Competences Organisational Skills Ensure all projects are properly managed as several courses may be organized at the same time. Interpersonal Skills Empathy, willingness to help, and listening to the needs of others is a must. Good team player and proactive with a "can-do" attitude. Deadline-Oriented Ensure all deliverables are completed on time as we launch new courses regularly. Trouble-Shooter Ability to handle and solve potential conflicts or difficulties while creating courses or dealing with technical issues. Effective Communication Speaks and writes clearly and articulately without being overly verbose.
