As an Administrative Secretary for University Degrees, and under the supervision of the Degree Coordinator, your main role will be to provide support and assistance to teachers and students, manage students' academic records, and ensure the application of academic regulations. You will be responsible for managing and collaborating on all projects and actions of the Academic Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support and assistance to teachers and students.Ensure the proper start-up of classes and their overall order.Manage students' academic records and ensure the application of academic regulations.Provide technical support and assistance to faculty.Control and manage the daily planning and occupancy of classrooms.Manage and collaborate on all projects and actions of the Academic Department: surveys, official data, information sessions, etc.Collect data to transmit to official institutions.Convey the school's values, attend to and resolve each academic situation or incident with a service-oriented attitude. Communicate and listen with dynamism and empathy through any channel, whether phone, email, or in person.REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma and Higher Degree in Administration and Finance.Experience in management and customer service tasks.Skills: organizational capacity, ease of communication and oral and written expression, customer orientation, problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn.Spanish level C2.BENEFITS: International organization established for over 60 years.Permanent contract.Working hours from 13:30 to 21:30 on Mondays, and from 12:30 to 21:30 from Tuesday to Friday.Discount program for internal training for employees and their families.Company located in the modern @22 design district in Barcelona, on a new campus, ideal for public transport.Do you want to contribute to innovative projects in collaboration with teams?
