Job Description: Under the responsibility of the General Manager of Spain, and working closely with the Global Academic Director, you are a key element in the expansion of our Bachelor, International BBA, and MSc programs in Spain.
Your product-oriented missions include:
1.
Product Design - THINK Contribute to the Design of New Programs: Collaborate with academic teams and industry experts to conceptualize and create innovative educational programs that align with Albert School's mission to merge business and data skills.Adapt Current Product Offer to Local Needs: Assess the Spanish market's specific educational demands and modify existing courses to better suit regional requirements, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.Develop Bespoke Solutions with Leading Corporate Partners: Engage with top-tier corporate partners such as Generali, Boston Consulting Group and Nestlé, working alongside their C-level executives to craft tailored solutions for the Business Deep Dives (BDD), an integral component of the curriculum offering.2.
Product Ops - RUN Ensure Exceptional Academic Experience for Students: Oversee the academic processes to ensure smooth operations, cultivate close interactions, and deliver relevant courses taught by qualified instructors.Teacher Coordination: Implement and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure instructional quality and effectiveness.Schedule Management and Teacher Evaluation: Oversee the creation and management of academic schedules and the evaluation process for educators, maintaining high standards in teaching quality.Recruitment of Teachers: Lead the recruitment efforts for sourcing top-tier educators amidst a growing demand for the forthcoming academic year.Manage Partner Relations: Establish and nurture relationships with partner companies, especially in designing and executing Business Deep Dives with senior executive interlocutors.Content Production for Asynchronous Learning: Coordinate the creation and curation of high-quality content for asynchronous learning modules, enhancing the flexibility and reach of the educational experience.3.
Product Ops - BUILD Leverage Technology for Process Automation: Utilize technological solutions to automate and streamline processes such as scheduling and teacher remuneration, improving efficiency and reducing administrative burden.Standardization and Optimization: Work towards the rationalization, standardization, and optimization of the "Albert School product" to ensure scalability and replicability across additional campuses.Contribute to Spain Opening: Play a pivotal role in the expansion efforts by contributing to the establishment and development of Albert School in Spain, ensuring alignment with the school's educational standards and practices.Qualifications: Fluent in Spanish and EnglishProficient in traditional office tools and No CodeFamiliarity with data issues and python skillsExperience in the Education sector is considered as a plusDesired Qualities: Highly organized and rigorous to structure monitoring processesAdaptable and comfortable interacting with various profiles (teachers, candidates for teaching, executives, students, etc.
