At LCI Barcelona and reporting to the Academic Director, the candidate will be responsible for the coordination and academic management, ensuring excellence and continuous improvement in academic processes, compliance with quality standards, and academic regulations. You will be a key member of the Academic Department team.
Main Responsibilities Design and implement strategies aimed at the continuous improvement of academic quality.Coordinate the development of academic regulations to ensure compliance with quality standards.Supervise official procedures with external entities.Oversee and evaluate the execution of academic processes/programs.Supervise the coordination and enrollment process of students.Lead the development and management of academic documentation.Collaborate with other departments to standardize all academic management processes.Requirements University degree; a master's degree is desirable.Native or bilingual level in English, Catalan, and Spanish.Proven experience in academic and quality management.Knowledge of regulations and quality standards in higher education.Leadership skills and ability to work in a team.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in computer tools and educational management platforms.Benefits International organization established for over 60 years.Permanent, full-time position.1 day/week remote working.Competitive salary.Lunch allowance.Continuous training program.In-house training discounts program for employees and family members.Company location in the modern design neighborhood @22 in Barcelona in a brand new campus, ideal for public transportation.Do you want to contribute to innovative projects in collaboration with teams?
