We passionately commit ourselves daily to change the English language education landscape, building a world full of impactful educational experiences.As an Academic Coordinator, we will provide you with all the necessary training tools to further develop your skills in sales, facility and personnel management, customer service, and economic aspects.You will be responsible for:Coordinate the development and implementation of Kids&Us;' lessons, music, games, stories, etc.Monitor students' progress and guide learners towards their goals.Foster strong meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers to support the growth of children.Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.ProfileAbility to plan activities;Excellent skills in customer consulting and building commercial relationships;Previous experience in Education, Commercial or Retail as a sales consultant, Sales Manager, Team Leader, Store/School Manager or Vice/Assistant Store Manager;Ability to manage and motivate our teachers;Good knowledge of English (C1).What we offerPermanent contract, half time (30 hours per week);Working week from Monday to Friday, some weekends when required;Initial and ongoing training;Young and stimulating environment, with strong growth possibilities;To start immediately.If Kids&Us; seems like the type of school you'd like to be a part of, we'd love to hear from you!
