We are currently looking for an Academic Advisor for our headquarters in Manresa (Barcelona).
Are you up for this new challenge?
You will be responsible for: Accompany, advise and supervise the centres in the implementation of the pedagogical and academic management processes.Train the staff of the centres in the processes related to the area of academic management.Provide academic/pedagogical and academic management advice to the network of centres, either in person or remotely.Draw up action and monitoring plans to ensure the quality objectives established.Evaluate and report the results of supervision.Execute academic processes (evaluation, audits, etc.
).Propose improvement actions in academic management processes to enhance the efficiency of recurrent processes.What skills and attitudes are we looking for? Degree in the field of Pedagogy, Education or similar.2 years of experience as Academic Coordinator of an academic/educational centre.Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (>50%) to advise schools in situ on academic processes.Spanish (B2) and English (C1).Advanced level in Microsoft Office.And what does Kids&Us offer you?
