The J&J Innovative Medicines EM business is organized in 7 sub-clusters, each having dedicated commercial leadership and functional support. The annual revenue of J&J Innovative Medicines EM is approx. $1.7 Bn and projected to grow double digits over time.We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst, based in EMEA (job can be done virtually, location in EM country is preferred but not a must). In this role, the Senior Business Analyst will provide financial support to the EM subclusters teams in close partnership with the Sr. Business Controller for EM. The Senior Business Analyst will be involved in the coordination at EM level of planning processes including Latest Thinking, Budget cycles, Forecast Updates, Integrated Business Plan, and BvA's at EM level. Additionally, the Sr. Business Analyst will manage Central EM budget (under General Management ownership) and will drive the coordination of the Functional budgets with the EMOC leads and local finance teams.Key Responsibilities Active member of the Janssen Emerging Markets Finance team, contributing to sharing of best practices.Participate in Cross-Sector or EM/EMEA wide initiatives in finance or in the business.Build relationships with key sub-cluster Finance teams and EMOC Functional leads as well as with the Janssen EMEA Regional Finance team.Support in the Business Plan, updates, Integrated Business Plan, quarterly latest estimate and Budget vs Actual cycles. This includes consolidation, analysis, scenario planning, alignment of all parties within EM, and review of the detailed financial plans.Support the management and execution of Business Plan commitments at EM level through partnership with sub-cluster finance teams, including sales, headcount, Opex, Capex, DSO, Net Income (MRNI) and Cashflow.Provide support to the adoption of the SigniFi J&J finance transformation project in EM through alignment, communication, and coordination within EM Finance team.Qualifications University Degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance or related areas. Recognised professional financial qualifications.5+ years finance/accounting experience, including business planning, reporting and analysis.Strong financial and analytical skills
