The Responsibilities: Handle first line inbound and outbound administrative support requests by phone & e-mail in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide accurate and timely information to curators, judges, the registry, and the prosecutor's office of the court, as well as companies and private individuals using the digital platforms.
Provide support to customers on general information questions, general procedure questions, issues on the platforms, user access, and PC configuration.
Your Profile: Native-level proficiency in Dutch (both spoken and written) and a good command of the English language.
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is necessary.
Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not a deal-breaker.
Your communication skills should be on point for confidently interacting with customers.
You are a master problem solver, ready to tackle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Juggling tasks and paying attention to detail is your thing, especially in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using computer systems and various software applications.
