You'll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation. Your key responsibilities Preparation and elaboration of procedural documents of a financial institution. Control and updating of documents. Definition, preparation and updating of Risk Assessments in relation to Concentration Risk, Legal/Regulatory Risk, Occupational Risk, Conduct Risk, Reputational Risk. Support in the analysis of processes and procedures aimed at optimizing them. Drafting of both technical and executive reports. . Skills and attributes for success High capacity for analysis and identification of solutions Proactivity and problem-solving capacity High learning capacity Ability to handle conflict resolution To qualify for the role, you must have Degree in Law, Business Administration, Law + Business Adminsitration or similar High level of English (B2/C1) Ideally, you'll also have Proficiency in Office Package. Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, reporting to several managers simultaneously. Knowledge and expertise in any of the following areas: Social Security /LawLabour / LawCorporate Law. Interest in the financial sector.
