You'll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.Your key responsibilitiesPreparation and elaboration of procedural documents of a financial institution.Control and updating of documents.Definition, preparation and updating of Risk Assessments in relation to Concentration Risk, Legal/Regulatory Risk, Occupational Risk, Conduct Risk, Reputational Risk.Support in the analysis of processes and procedures aimed at optimizing them.Drafting of both technical and executive reports.Skills and attributes for successHigh capacity for analysis and identification of solutions.Proactivity and problem-solving capacity.High learning capacity.Ability to handle conflict resolution.To qualify for the role, you must haveDegree in Law, Business Administration, Law + Business Administration or similar.High level of English (B2/C1).Ideally, you'll also haveProficiency in Office Package.Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, reporting to several managers simultaneously.Knowledge and expertise in any of the following areas: Social Security / Labour Law / Corporate Law.Interest in the financial sector.What we look forWe seek individuals with an adaptable, growth-focused approach, valuing both expertise and a forward-thinking mentality.
