Requirements: Telecommunications or IT Industry Expertise: Familiarity with key players and trends in the sector.
10+ Years of HR Experience: Proven track record as an HR generalist, with in-depth knowledge of talent management and development.
Strategic Leadership: At least 5 years in a people management role, ideally with international exposure.
C-Level Stakeholder Management: Confident in engaging with senior executives.
Change Management Expertise: Strong skills in navigating and leading organizational change.
Flexibility to Travel: Comfortable with travel up to 25% of the time.
