Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality management principles. Experience in GXP/MD consulting. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive strategic initiatives, and achieve business objectives. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels. Proven track record in successful project execution, client relationship management, and business development. Valid driver's license required.
