QA Test EngineerYou will join a team of innovative and creative IT professionals who invent, design, develop, and release apps on multiple leading mobile platforms.
What you'll doMake requirements transparent for all the team members by writing test steps and test plans.Document test results and log bugs and report on these issues to the developers.Drive the setup of automated testing in cooperation with the Development teams and monitor the results.Spot trends in the market and translate these into concrete measures for the products and the organization.Proactively identify holes in the current test documentation, automation efforts, and QA process and improve the test coverage.Coordinate on test automation requirements and SLAs with the developers.Cooperate with the Experience Design team on the coordination of visual requirements.What we're looking for5+ years of work experience as a Software tester or QA test engineer.Relevant education.Good communication skills in English both verbal and written.Knowledge of best practices and standards, open-source tools for software testing and test automation (preferably in the area of app development).Understanding of differences in testing approaches and taking a pragmatic approach in choosing between the approaches.Experience with development frameworks and programming languages.Ability to coach and support QA Test Engineers by imparting information.What we offerCompetitive salary (35-45K).Lots of training to develop your skills further.Hybrid Work Model: flexible working hours combined with remote work.iPhone, MacBook, Earphones, and iPad.Private Health Insurance fully paid by us.Nice office in the city center of Valencia.Company cultureThey sincerely care for each other and their work-life balance.
