Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs a Live - In Care Assistant, you will be living with one of our customers or maybe even a couple to provide the very best care.
You are there to be a vital companion, but also to ensure our customers can remain independent in their own home and cherish the memories they have made there.
Duties will include:
Supporting with personal care dutiesSupporting with medication administrationSupporting with nutrition and hydration needsSupporting with household choresShopping on behalf of or with the customerAccompanying customers on social outingsProviding invaluable companionshipExperience and SuitabilityIt isn't about previous experience.
We want to ensure our customer receives the very best care and to do that we need people who are naturally compassionate, caring and patient.
We want a team who genuinely cares for each of our customers as if they were their own family.
Live - In Care Assistants are matched to our customers to ensure our customers and carers are compatible.
Training and SupportWe provide a detailed induction training programme to all our staff in addition to shadowing, to ensure all our staff are not only competent but confident in what they do.
You will have a dedicated mentor that will provide you with ongoing support throughout your probation period.

2 weeks on 1 week off
3 weeks on 1 week off
4 weeks on 2 weeks off
