We are looking to hire a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our growing international Staff-Leasing team and to support our Temporary Employment Agency (ETT) in A Coruña.How you will make a difference:You will make a difference by identifying business opportunities and collaborating with the Market Leader.
This includes contacting and delivering company presentations to target companies for staff leasing services.
You will have the ability to shape sales strategies, reach out to key decision-makers, and build their trust by managing your own group of assigned customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and developing long-term relationships with them.
Additionally, you will maintain appropriate client and employee contracts and other activity records.What will give you an advantage:University Degree, preferably in Business AdministrationNative Spanish and Intermediate English (written and spoken)3-4 years of working experience, gained in selling staff-leasing servicesFormer employee of a temporary employment agencyComfortable with sales activities, discussions with prospects and customers, and closing dealsUsed to working in a fast-paced environmentPay: 30,000.00€ - 34,000.00€ per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
