WHAT YOU'LL DO: The role will mainly be to work within the Learning and Development team giving support to the L&D Manager in the Learning activities.Duties and responsibilities:Support and assist the Learning & Development team in Madrid and Barcelona offices with the organization of training sessions and events (communications, logistics, and tracking).Follow up on the programs and actions implemented (create surveys, collect results, and work on conclusions).Contribution to L&D calendars, events, and newsletters.Training database and internal reports maintenance.Communication of Fundae documentation.Identification of new vendors that can help deliver training sessions and activities.YOU'RE GOOD AT: Skills and attributes:Full proficiency reading/writing/speaking English and Spanish.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.Strong interpersonal skills, positive personal and professional image, and excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics.Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.Professional approach to time and deadlines.Ability to recognize and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality.Team player with the ability to adapt in a changing environment.Ability to work overtime during peak periods, stress management capacity.YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS): Education and experience:At least 1 year of working experience (human resources either in a consulting firm, training company, or in a corporate human resource department very valuable).YOU'LL WORK WITH: Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
