We are kick-starting our enhanced thought leadership project and are looking for a competent journalist to spearhead our research efforts.
In this position, you'll be given the opportunity to harness your journalistic instincts and storytelling skills to craft impactful news stories for the tech and ecommerce sectors.
You'll create both written and broadcast news content for our digital platforms weekly, engaging with experts and conducting thorough research to ensure each piece is insightful and relevant.
You'll be in charge of developing and localizing content, pitching ideas, and producing stories that resonate with our audience.
What will you be doing?
In this position, you will utilize your investigative journalistic skills to gather research that can turn into novel thought leadership content across multiple media channels.
You will conduct market research to identify the most relevant news and fact-check information.
You will conduct online surveys, interview industry experts, etc.
in order to create new and meaningful content.
Your journey with us promises hands-on experience in the realms of news localization, digital content production, and market research.
Here are some examples of what you'll be doing: Cover ecommerce and tech news, and localize it according to our audience.
Create the right narratives for content pieces and turn them into briefs for our content team so they can produce content at scale.
Edit and approve content before publication.
Interview industry experts.
Conduct surveys and analyze data.
Who you'll be working with?
You will join our marketing and communications team as the research lead, and you'll also work closely with our CEO to identify new thought leadership topics.
You will also liaise with our Business Intelligence department and other department heads to gather data and insights that can be valuable for your research.
Minimum Requirements: Experience in journalistic writing and editing, particularly long-form journalism.
