Job Responsibilities:As a customer support advisor for a prestigious travel company, you will be in charge of understanding and identifying customer needs.
You will be listening, responding, and mediating between our international travellers and accommodation suppliers from all over the world, always ensuring a high level of customer service. This includes clarifying inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements, providing accurate information, and following set processes via email and phone.
Requirements:C2 level Slovenian and advanced EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spokenUser-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platformsA problem-solving and solution-driven mentalityA positive, motivated mindset that will help you deal with some tricky customer problemsGoal-oriented work approachAn open mind to changing priorities and business processesAffinity with accommodation platformsExperience within customer service or contact center environments will be valuedAvailability to work from the office and from home (within 100km from the office)Offer:38.5h/week contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week. Available shift: 09:00-20:00h (Rotatory). Starting with a Temporary Contract that will evolve into a Permanent contract for the long term based on business needs.
