How you will CELLebrate In the role of IT Workplace Specialist at PowerCo, you will be supporting the management and enhancement of our workplace IT infrastructure.
This position focuses on providing advanced technical support, managing a wide array of workplace applications, and ensuring the efficient onboarding of new users.
You will handle complex issues related to IT equipment, application installation, and user support, ensuring a high standard of operational efficiency and user satisfaction within the company.
Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support for a range of workplace technology issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
Handle the complete technical onboarding process for new employees, including setting up and configuring IT equipment, creating user accounts, and providing initial training on IT systems.
Support the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment such as laptops, mobile devices, and printers, as well as workplace applications.
Manage IT incidents and user issues, employing expert knowledge and experience to resolve them efficiently.
Support the installation, updating, and maintenance of workplace applications, ensuring they meet current operational needs and security standards.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, managing inventory to ensure availability and compliance with licensing agreements.
Provide high-level assistance and training to users, helping them effectively utilize workplace technology and resolve any technical challenges.
Continuously assess and improve the workplace IT environment, staying updated with the latest technological advancements and implementing best practices.
What else can you bring At least 3 years of experience in an IT support role, with extensive knowledge in managing workplace technology.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Alternatively, extensive professional experience in IT logistics may be considered.
