Internal Accounting Manager
The International Accounting Manager will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and preparation of the financial statements of RingCentral Bulgaria on a monthly and quarterly basis in accordance with IFRS. This person will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptive to changes, with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to do hands-on work. The manager will assist with in-depth analysis of foreign currencies and be able to interpret technical guidance. They will serve as the main point of contact for audit, compliance, and financial matters related to entities located outside of the United States. Additionally, they may assist with maintaining and reconciling certain general ledger accounts for other subsidiaries and work with other members of the Accounting Department on special projects. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager, International Accounting.
Responsibilities: Key player in the international accounting team in the month-end and quarter-end close process for our subsidiaries by performing a variety of accounting tasks, including preparing and posting journal entries.Responsible for oversight of all intercompany transactions, including compliance with Intercompany Transfer Pricing agreements, as well as the completeness and accuracy of the Intercompany accounts.Manage compliance requirements for the company and vendor relationships.Review financial statements and prepare balance sheet/PL variance analysis for management reporting.Coordinate with third-party service providers to fulfill local statutory reporting requirements.Serve as the point of contact to foreign subsidiaries for all financial matters, identifying and helping to resolve operational, financial, and strategic issues that impact the company.Collaborate with business and FP&A to understand budget implications and implement planning strategies for accounting issues.Ensure compliance with Company group accounting policies and the application of US GAAP.
