About the roleWe are currently looking for a Multichannel Marketing intern to join our Rhythm Management Franchise in our offices in Madrid.
Boston Scientific Rhythm Management combines the most advanced and the least-invasive technologies to diagnose and treat irregular heart rhythms, heart failures, and sudden cardiac arrest.

During this internship period you will:
Familiarize and get autonomous in the management of multichannel tools and customer management database.Gain experience in the multichannel analysis focusing on segmentation, channel mix, and impact/ROI measurement.Support and build digital campaigns consistently to the franchise plan and priorities.Learn how to work in a complex, cross-functional, global fast-paced commercial environment at EMEA level.Your responsibilities will includeSupport in the planning and development of tactics such as e-detailing, Marketing Cloud Campaigns, Webinars, and events and facilitating the data gathering and the close the loop.Support on the customer journey definition for a particular franchise/product based on customer segmentation and profiles.Support the KPIs and measure campaign impact to inform future customer journeys: reporting/analysis with a structured and data-driven approach feeding learnings and insights generation; identify channel and market benchmarks.Leverage data collection and market research programs to improve the customer knowledge, by supporting a customer centric approach.Collaborate with Marketing, Marketing Communications, Digital and Medical Education teams to support the execution of Multichannel campaigns/activities (internal and external).Support the development of a digital mindset within extended RM Marketing team (European HQ + Country Marketing) and support on the divisional engagement with Multichannel Centres of Excellence and SalesCloud teams.Support in the budget management of the franchise.What are we looking for in you?Graduate with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business or other related field.Fluency in English (B2 or higher).Advanced Excel skills.Analytical thinking.Good marketing communication and relationship-making abilities.High independency, organizational skills to be able to manage and execute projects.Flexible to work with new technology and have a willingness to learn and develop within the multichannel and marketing settings.SalesCloud familiarity would be considered a plus.What we can offer to you12-month paid internship (€1000 gross per month + ticket restaurant).Working in an international environment.Attractive benefits package.Inspirational colleagues & culture.A team-oriented company culture.International opportunities.Possibility to make an impact.Fast growing and innovative environment.Location: Madrid, Spain
