In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in delivering the full technology services that enable ZGEBS to deliver on business goals, including but not limited to infrastructure / production system availability,core system development / enhancement and strategic digital transformation. The role requires working closely with the business to understand their needs and helping to structure pragmatic technology solutions. Your role As an IT Service Delivery Lead , your main responsibilities will involve: Investigate and resolve technical issues - engaging effectively with relevant Zurich IT functions / business partners. Resolving production platform queries/errors and ensuring technological problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. Monitor systems availability/performance and take adequate actions for problem prevention improving the quality of the IT service output and performance. Contribute to planning and management of IT change demand and delivery, including product backlog reviews, requirements elaboration, prioritization, and release planning / management. Validate solution specifications and perform quality reviews on solutions, including user acceptance testing in collaboration with business and system test teams. Identify and evaluate specific technology opportunities to enhance business efficiency and/or customer service. Lead the technical design and delivery of the IT change agenda. Analyze key themes from data around risks and loss to identify how different scenarios may. Contribute to the development of processes and policies aligned to global standards that support global, regional, or local needs. Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships across the organization to ensure effective relationships and achieve engagement to change. Your Skills and Experience As an IT Service Delivery Lead, your skills and qualifications will ideally include: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. 5+ years of relevant IT delivery / change management experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the insurance industry. Solid experience in IT systems analysis, change management, and digital transformation projects in complex business / IT environments. Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics technologies, SAP, Jira, and Business intelligence tools. Self-motivated with an affinity to explore new technologies and solutions. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, senior management presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Good knowledge of both written and spoken English
