Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across a variety of roles.
This role requires a proactive individual who is well-versed in current recruitment trends and best practices.
Note: This is a commission-only opportunity, no basic salary can be offered for this role.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage high-volume recruitment processes, sourcing and screening a large number of candidates in a short timeframe.Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to quickly identify and attract top talent.Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience, ensuring a strong fit with job requirements and company culture.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants for ongoing and future high-volume hiring needs.Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.Provide regular updates on candidate progress and hiring challenges.Essential Skills and QualificationsProven experience in high-volume recruitment (freelance or agency preferred).Fluent in English (B2 / C1); additional languages are an advantage.Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and channels, particularly in high-volume environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for company culture, even in large-scale recruitment scenarios.High level of organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing high-volume recruitment independently.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Self-employed and able to invoice.What We Offer to Our Freelance RecruitersFlexible work arrangements and fully remote work.Competitive freelance compensation structure.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and inclusive work environment where every team member is valued.Contract-to-hire opportunity.Why You Should Join Our TeamWe are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the communities we serve.
