[A-710] Sales Lead Manager

The Role: Develop our overall sales plan by overseeing forecasts and KPI reporting. Regulate occupancy of each sales manager in your team. Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to achieve set goals. Grow, develop and manage the sales team. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.

Requirements: + years closing SaaS experience, plus 1+ years management experience. Native English (Spanish/French/German a bonus). Intelligent, driven and competitive.
What You'll Get: €60,000 + €40,000 OTE uncapped. Fully remote working. Company stock options.
Process: 1st - 30-minute video call with Internal Recruiter. 2nd - 1 hour video call with Director of Sales and Business Development. 3rd - 1 hour video call with Business Development, Sales and Marketing Director.
