This is a hybrid/onsite role, which means you'll be working from our Barcelona office, with the option to work remotely within the city.Position Overview: As a Dutch-speaking Digital Marketing Consultant, you will be working closely with businesses from Dutch-speaking countries (the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg), helping them create and optimize online advertising campaigns.
You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, providing insights and solutions that improve their digital marketing efforts and drive long-term success.Key Responsibilities:Consult with Clients: Serve as the primary consultant for Dutch-speaking clients, offering expertise on online marketing strategies and helping them develop effective digital advertising campaigns tailored to their goals and target audiences.Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee the setup, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media platforms, SEO, and other online marketing tools.Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to create custom marketing strategies based on their specific needs and objectives.Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance data regularly to provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and maintaining open communication.Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to clients.Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and conduct market research.Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with other internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of client strategies.Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.Requirements:Language Skills: Native or near-native Dutch (C2 level) and fluent English (C1/C2 level).Digital Marketing Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.Consultative Selling Skills: Strong ability to listen to clients' needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions.Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns
