In our Department 1 - Control, Administration and Civil Protection - we are looking to fill the position of Computer Scientist (f / m / d) in the area of IT User Support / IT Specialist.
Pay group 10 TV-L in Unit 11 - Organization, Information and Communication - for an indefinite period.
Your tasks: Monitoring the IT infrastructure
Support for the specialist processes of the assigned departments (1st & 2nd level support)
Coordination / implementation of the software and hardware requirements of the assigned departments
Creation and maintenance of user instructions in the work area
Contact person for all IT questions
Further development, adaptation and configuration of workstation hardware
Administration of the Microsoft Active Directory directory service, group policy management and mailboxes
Support with the installation of company-owned software and the use of individual specialist procedures within the assigned departments
Collaboration in project work
Cooperation with other authorities in the national administrative network
License and contract management
Setting up computers and peripherals for new employees and providing the necessary training

We assume: Completed training as an IT specialist in the field of application development, system integration or comparable
Experience and knowledge in the areas of LAN infrastructure and LAN security
Good knowledge of Windows server / Linux operating systems
Good knowledge of the administration of Microsoft Active Directory
Willingness to face the challenges in a dynamically developing and constantly changing field
Ability to think analytically and work independently
Commitment, ability to work in a team and resilience
Good written and verbal communication skills
Advantageous are: Professional experience in the IT sector
Understanding of the business processes in the administration and the resulting requirements for information technology
Class B driving license

Your payment: If the personal and collective agreement requirements are met, you will be paid in pay group 10 according to the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L).
