DescriptionFor one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be based in Belgium.Activity Sectors: Steel, Aluminum, Glass, Automotive, Chemical, Petrochemical, Real Estate, Pharmaceutical and BiotechnologyAbout the job: You will actively participate in a wide range of project work, ranging from small improvements to large industrial constructions. The management of your project can include multiple phases and/or specialization:Project feasibility: process description, plant layout, overall Time Schedule, procurement Strategy, financial planProject preparation phase: investment analysis, basic engineering, permitting, financing and procurement.Project realization phase: project management; detailed engineering, construction management, commissioning management, operational management.Your Role:Deliver the client more than satisfactory quality of the services in scope, within the budget and planning defined.Project management of the full project phases.Define, monitor, and mitigate project risks to ensure key project milestones are met.Manage the project following internal methodology.Develop a risk management strategy, ensuring identification of project risks and creation of a risk register for the project with the Project Team, manage the register on an ongoing basis.Provide clear project management leadership, and drive accountability amongst the project team members.Act as project team representative for the purpose of capacity and prioritization governance.Lead appropriate and accurate reporting of the project progress and risks.Account management and market prospection.Education: Master degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Bio-Engineer.Experience: 5-7 years in a Project Environment.Skills:Proactive and strong leadership skills.Creative, high flexibility while working, result driven, team working but also high autonomy.Extensive skills in management, effective communication, and problem-solving.Customer oriented and presentation skills.Geographical mobility based on project needs.Languages: French is a must, and English as second or third language.Other: AutoCAD and/or MS Project is an asset.The offer: A competitive salary based on your experience and extralegal benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
