Who will you be working for? Our partner is a Logistics company that provides transportation services for different types of products all over Europe. They also offer a wide range of services such as warehousing and fleet management, everything needed to effectively serve their customers in the distribution of their products!
Their core mission: helping companies succeed in their logistics procedures!
What is this job about? In this role as Sales Agent for the Transportation and Logistics industry, your main goal is to ensure growth along the European territory by acquiring new customers and managing relationships with existing clients. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for finding companies that need to distribute products as well as companies that offer trucks to transport the products.
Your challenges: Contract, negotiate and coordinate transportation servicesFind new clients and suppliers in Europe to onboardActively search for trucks and products to transport across EuropeMonitor and control transportation services making sure everything is in compliance with national and international regulationsManage relationships with active clients ensuring great customer satisfactionWhat do you need to apply? Language skills: Proficient level in either English, German, Dutch or French (C2)Min 2-3 years of experience in transportation companies working at international level (specifically in agencies that don't have their own trucks)Experience in handling these freight exchanges and working with them: Wtransnet-Teleroute, Timocom and/or b2pwebExperience doing prospection B2BOutstanding negotiating skillsWorking mindset: Dynamic team playerListener and communicatorHunter - you never give upOverall positive attitudeGoal-orientedImportant: For this position, you will be working in Paterna, Valencia, Spain. You will need to be in possession of an EU VISA for this position.
