Location: Los Angeles - Remote (ONLY CALIFORNIA LICENSED attorneys will be considered) Position: Litigation Attorney (PAGA, Hours & CLASS ACTION) Responsibilities: Advise and represent clients in courts, before government agencies, and in private legal matters.
Communicate with clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in cases.
Conduct research and analysis of legal problems.
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
Manage own case load with support from a dedicated team.
About the Firm: Our client is a rapidly growing litigation and trial firm looking for a sharp and highly driven litigator for its plaintiff's side labor and employment practice, specifically in wage and hour, PAGA, and class actions.
A strong grasp of these areas of law is a requirement.
The candidate will have significant autonomy managing their workload while benefiting from a collaborative environment.
There will be opportunities to discuss and brainstorm cases and strategies with senior attorneys, the managing partner, and the rest of the team.
