Position Overview: The Innovation and Lifecycle Marketing team owns, creates, and activates impactful marketing strategies to promote customer satisfaction, engagement, and renewal through owned touchpoints. As a Senior Data Analyst, reporting to the Senior Manager - Lifecycle Marketing, you will lead data strategy, data analysis, and insights in partnership with Lifecycle Marketers who design and deliver data-driven digital experiences across the customer lifecycle. You will also be part of the 'ILM Technical Analytics' vertical within our team, formed by all data analysts working on innovation and lifecycle marketing initiatives, to co-create scalable processes and governance.
Responsibilities: Data Strategy and Measurement Plan (for Regional teams): Strategize and design measurement framework for each lifecycle stage and set data direction for Lifecycle Marketers in APJ and EMEA. Own, track, and manage data goals and KPIs in partnership with Lifecycle Marketers across all post-purchase lifecycle stages of different customer personas.Experience Monitoring: Partner with Lifecycle Marketers in APJ and EMEA to track and monitor campaign and test performances.Data Modelling and Reporting: Develop and own sophisticated data models, reports, and dashboards to track initiatives and derive actionable insights.Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for initiatives within the Lifecycle Marketing team. Review performances of existing customer journeys and uncover gaps and opportunities for optimization. Review customer behavior and identify gaps and opportunities to accelerate time to value, improve adoption rates, and enhance long-term customer satisfaction.Collaboration & Communications: Own and co-create, with other data analysts, data governance for the team and quality initiatives. Provide analytical support to global Lifecycle Marketers on a need basis through data analysis and insights, collaborating with marketing and technical global teams to convert insights into actionable data triggers. Own and drive 'data and insights' specific communications and presentations to senior stakeholders and internal teams. Expected Qualifications: Overall 10 years of experience with a minimum of 5+ years in complex data analysis and strategic insights from a B2B, SaaS background.Experience working in Marketing, Sales, Customer behavior, or product usage-related areas is preferred.Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to extract and present insights is a must.Familiarity with Python or R, advanced statistical analysis techniques, machine learning algorithms, data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes is preferred.Demonstrated experience working with APJ, EMEA, and global stakeholders, including marketing managers, operations specialists, data experts, product owners, and sometimes engineers.Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into a clear, concise, and compelling manner for a variety of stakeholders. #LI-FB1 Learn More About Autodesk: Welcome to Autodesk!
