Our crack squad of product designers, creative designers, researchers, and UX writers work with the extended Product team to create a persuasive and delightful experience for learners and tutors alike.
And the Brand Squad's role couldn't be more important to helping learners and tutors:
They help make sure every part of the Preply experience, on and off the platform, conveys the value which Preply brings to the world of online education by crafting a consistent, elegant, and inspiring brand experience.
What you'll be doingBrand Design:Incorporating Preply's value proposition and key messages into a recognizable and beloved brand experience inside and outside of the product experience.Manage internal stakeholders through large-scale initiatives that redefine how Preply presents itself to the world.Work with external agencies when needed for large-scale initiatives, e.g., translating the outcome of the workshops into inspiring creative work (brand guidelines, assets, custom typeface, etc).Product Design:Marketing Design:Build and manage an internal creative team that delivers the "everyday" creative work Preply needs to grow.Delivers high quality creative production + processes and measurements to effectively scale visual channels via creative production.Working with paid marketing measurement frameworks and adapting creative production accordingly.What you need to succeedProven experience leading teams (internal/external) to deliver world-class creative brand work for digital brands.At least 8 years of professional brand/creative experience, primarily Client Side.Recent experience launching creative campaigns or original content programs.Proven experience managing, training, and mentoring junior designers.Strong knowledge of creative process and project management.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups at all levels of an organization.Ability to negotiate and coordinate across multiple groups and disciplines.An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating creative campaigns and brand work with your role clearly defined.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to gracefully defend your design decisions to executive management.Bachelors or Master's degree in Design or related fields preferred.Why you'll love it at PreplyAn open, collaborative, dynamic and diverse culture.A competitive financial package with equity, leave allowance, and health insurance.Access to free mental health support platforms.A flexible set-up with the option of paid relocation to Barcelona or working remotely within a close time-zone.The opportunity to shape the lives of learners and tutors through language learning and teaching in 175 countries (and counting!
