Additionally,they will be responsible for verifying that the suppliers meet the specifications and standards required by Honest Greens and that the delivered goods and services comply with the agreements. Do you particularly enjoy working with amazing people, having fun at work, and are passionate about being part of the Real Food Revolution?In this role you will be:Identify and evaluate potential suppliersPrepare RFQ, RFPs, negotiate purchasing terms and conditionsAudit of technical specs and certifications and ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulationsMonitor and enforce contract compliance to ensure adherence to terms, conditions, and pricing agreements.Conduct supplier performance (KPI) and competitiveness analysisDevelop and maintain supplier relationshipsImplement the quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of product quality and consistencyStay up to date with industry trends, regulations, pricing, and best practices to identify risks as well as cost-saving opportunitiesWhat you need to be successful:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or in related fieldsMinimum 3 years experience in procurement in the food sectorStrong negotiation skillsKnowledge of food-related regulations and certificationsStrong analytical profile with high attention to detailsCan-do attitude, proactivity and good organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesAdvanced knowledge of MS OfficeExperience with ERP programs will be a plusFluent in SpanishAdvanced English & French is a mustExperience with the French market is a plusOnly candidates residing in Barcelona
