Transparency, Connection, and Opportunity building are the value pillars that represent Rentals United's People and Product!Role Overview: As an Account Manager, you will be pivotal in consulting real-time growth opportunities in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients to drive mutual success and growth within the industry.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Understand each client's strategic objectives and identify growth opportunities. Evaluate client performance and develop action plans for optimization. Organize regular calls and business reviews to align with client expectations.Relationship Management: Cultivate collaborative relationships with key clients. Liaise with internal teams to deliver optimal results for clients. Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams.Sales Channel Optimization/Projects: Assist clients in developing new sales channel connections. Lead initiatives for sales channel revenue share deals. Analyze sales channel performance and recommend improvements.Performance: Forecast and track Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR). Work towards achieving MRR targets.Data Management: Utilize CRM systems for efficient data management. Organize sales cycle records to track progress effectively.Deliver Proposal: Arrange meetings with clients for upselling opportunities. Conduct product/service demonstrations.Negotiation: Negotiate contracts to secure mutually beneficial deals.Networking: Engage in online and offline networking activities as required.Key Performance Indicators: Quarterly and Monthly Recurring Revenue (QRR and MRR)Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in English + Business level in a second language (one of four RU main languages)Knowledge of MS Office for reporting and documentationDeep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tacticsCustomer-centric and analytical mindsetPreferred Skills and Qualifications: Understanding of Vacation Rental Business, Property Management Software, or Online Travel AgenciesProficiency in English & Spanish/FrenchKnowledge of CRM or sales management software (Hubspot is a plus!)Timetable: We support the work-life balance of our colleagues.
