.Job Description:A vacancy for A400M Global Support Material Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe. The successful applicant will join TASMA-TL1 department.In the frame of Airbus A400M Global Support (PBL contract including Spain, France, BELUX and UK fleets) the Job Holder:Prepare and ensure with all areas in Material Services organisation that contractual deliverables to Customer are provided On-time, On-cost, On-quality, providing visibility of all steps in the Supply Chain which contribute to the final Delivery Date.End-to-end coordination and liaison with other organisations within the Supply Chain, ensuring from demand till material delivery and acceptance by internal/external Customer, including Customs/TAX and Export License compliance.End-to-end material management for Spares, Repairs and In Service Support.Contribute to the definition of Material Support processes and procedures in the frame of the A400M Global Support model, for all relevant services between central and local Subsidiary/Customer, ensuring lean and harmonised processes to accomplish the Contract.Identify potential Risks and contribute to its mitigation.Contribute to strengthen the way of working with Customer/Local Teams in the execution of the Contract and reinforce the local set-up, making special effort on the link to Maintenance Organisations.Task & Accountabilities:The jobholder controls and contributes under the guidance of the Material Support Program Manager to improve the overall Material Services performance.The jobholder will work according to the Services Program Directive, guarantying relevant stakeholders buy-in in the development of the support service customised solutions.The jobholder ensures Material Support deliverables to Customer On Quality, On Time, On Cost (Initial Provisioning, repairs/exchange, routine spares, AOG spares, Pool, Retrofit Kits, transportation and warehouse), working closely with internal areas and local Subsidiary.The jobholder will contribute to the Reports on Material Services for the follow-up meetings with internal and external Customers (monthly Program Review Meeting, monthly meeting with OCCAR/Customer/Program Office, monthly Financial meeting and other internal regular ones) to provide visibility on Material Services performance per Contract.Required Skills:Master degree in business administration, engineering or equivalentEnglish: AdvancedSpanish: AdvancedAn Airbus Internship will be a plus.This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company: Airbus Defence and Space SAUEmployment Type: PermanentExperience Level: Entry LevelJob Family: Material Support & servicesBy submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment
