RESPONSIBILITIES The main tasks of the jobholder will be: - Integrate Customer Satisfaction to quality issues and initiatives. Incorporate Customer Satisfaction transversally to the rest of FAL areas, acting as interface with external organizations and stakeholders. - Improve the performance of A400M Production Quality. - Facilitate and support the achievement of Quality targets of FAL A400M - Identify and analyze quality failures in order to improve Customer Satisfaction. Set appropriate governance, methodology and structure. - Control quality performance, providing visibility and facilitating top management fast decision taking SKILLS Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline. Experience in some of these areas: Quality, Production Quality, MAP or Manufacturing Engineering A400M experience SAP, SIPLA and CAPRI knowledge Non-conformities process knowledge (HNC, Concession, QSR, Event & SARI) Root cause analysis and Practical Problem Solving knowledge Proactive person.
