As Head BA of Sales & Bid, you will lead commercial project team members for the completion of all commercial/financial related tasks for the sales & bid preparation of our global projects (National & International Projects).
Area of Responsibility:Responsible for the timely preparation of competitive, complex bids in cooperation with the specialist departments and the responsible regional companies.Drive costing, pricing and cashflows planning in alignment with the opportunity/bid core team and in accordance with company regulations.Lead the analysis of the tender documents, create bid strategies, and control the process from contract negotiations to conclusion while adhering to the bid cost budget.Drive the winning strategy and the associated tactics as part of a cross-borders team, including preparing competitive pricing calculations and setting up an appropriate risk management approach.Liaise with the customer on commercial related matters together with the technical sales director, conducting customer meetings and negotiations.Business administration reporting based on company regulations and legal requirements, including guarantees, insurance, shipping instructions, invoices, etc.Main Tasks:Support the technical sales manager in all commercial and legal matters to define the correct costing, the winning price strategy, and to ensure cashflows.Prepare complex bids or tenders for project business.Push digitalization initiatives and robotics to support the development of our financial back-office solutions and systems.Lead, empower and motivate the team within your responsibility, prioritizing people development.Ensure a continuous improvement culture including curiosity and a willingness to innovate.Analyze, assess, and negotiate complex international tenders and contracts.Define the business model and legal contractual terms and conditions with customers, consortium partners, and subcontractors.Advise and lead the regional units regarding the commercial aspects of the offer.Identify and financially assess opportunities and threats, implementing suitable measures to reduce risks or exploit opportunities.Ensure offer calculation within internal guidelines.Coordinate commercial aspects of the offer, including applying for and monitoring bank guarantees, insurance, etc.Handle all aspects relating to tax, currency, and insurance, ensuring relevant departments are involved.#J-18808-Ljbffr
