Job Description: One of our clients, a Travel-Tech company, is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their IT Team in Barcelona city.
THE MISSION - Implement processes/pipelines, automating processes, participating in, establishing a releases policy, environment harmonisation.
- With the final goal of helping the company speed up and scale up SaaS delivery to clients and ulterior SLA compliance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Configuration and infrastructure management with tools like Terraform, Rundeck, Ansible. Development of and continual improvement of automation and procedures. Creating, analyzing, and maintaining infrastructure in AWS (ECS, EC2, Cloudwatch, RDS). Collaborate with product owners, developers, and support staff to ensure continuous and reliable delivery of service. Dive into the Cybersecurity standards of the company. Optimize, maintain and implement new pipelines. Stay abreast of new technologies in the field (AWS, QA, containers, scalability) and provide recommendations to organizational management on new solutions. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience in networking and Unix System Administration. Experience designing and maintaining highly available and scalable physical architectures. Experience with DevOps Automation toolchains (testing, deployment pipelines, monitoring, etc.). AWS cloud services. Knowledge of: Docker, cloud-native technologies and trends.
